Stumbled across this while making some bad purchase decisions. Seems like a great deal for an iconic timepiece that is likely to find a home in any watch collectors box.

For $200 more than the other Speedmaster deal posted, this one comes with a Bracelet, which is well worth it in my opinion.

EXTRA $75 OFF WITH COUPON CODE "SDMEG75" - FINAL PRICE: $3275

I bought this exact watch last week kiddo. Didnt you see my previous post? I even posted a picture of me wearing it. I have been on SD a long time too and come here looking for deal on higher end items. Just because I work harder than you doesnt mean I also do not like to save money.

Here is mine. I guess people on SD do buy these after all.

Wow, this is an amazing price.

This is the new 311.30.42.30.01.005 and not the older 3570.50. The updated Speedie Pro now comes with a presentation box with loupe, coin, nato band and strap change tool. It also includes the new updated '57 bracelet with screw pins instead of the old spring pins. Total it is a $400 increase in price over the old 3570.50.

This new 311.30.42 typically sells used for $3000-$3200, making $3275 brand new a crazy good price.

Anyone who gets one, I strongly suggest getting a Jean Paul Menicucci vintage strap for it.
Here is what it look like on the JPM strap.

FYI, JPM makes the straps for both bulang and sons and hodinkee.

I wish SlickDeals would start putting the prices in the titles. It would help keep trolls out of threads. That way if it said $3275 in the title and someone had no interest in spending that much money, they could just avoid the thread all together, instead of posting stupid comments in it.

This is a hand wind movement BTW...just so no one gets this expecting it to automatically wind itself.

That will never happen.

Brand new ceramic speedmasters are around 7k-8k gray market. No way on earth it will ever be 3k.

An steel 9300 speedmaster will never hit this low either. I got my 57 from an AD for a little under 7K.

Can't go wrong with a moonwatch though. Price is decent, but you can get close to this by going to the right AD.

The steel '57 typically sells around 5.5k grey market. Did you get the steel or titanium? I dont think I have ever seen the titanium '57 sold grey market yet.

Personally I am trying to grab a 9300 Speedie Pro but dont see them ever pop up for sale.

I have the steel broad arrow 57 that arrived at Omega boutiques around August of 2015. I got mine in September 2015 from an AD in Europe will traveling.

Wouldn't mind going gray market, but at the time, there was no option. Plus I prefer having the 4 year Omega warranty.

This was months before most ADs got them and even longer for places like Jomashop.

Edit : Yeah, that's the one. Didn't check the link before replying.

Ahhh, had to pay extra if you wanted to be first. I mainly asked because I saw a 57 with gloss white face and blue hands and fell in love with it. I think that combo only comes in the grade 5 titanium casing, which carries a premium. I tried it on at my AD and loved the look, but I feel it wears slightly small for me. That is why I have been holding out for a Speedie Pro 9300, to have the slightly larger 44mm case.

I wish SlickDeals would just ban these useless posts for stupid priced watches. NO ONE buys these. NO ONE. And by that I mean no one on SD does. I'm sure some well to do people out there do, but they're not on here.

For these ignorant watches it would be great if they could tie TUs to people who ACTUALLY purchased one. But then these would never even be visible. I had to remove watches from my FP because I got sick of seeing some idiotic $2k+ watch every few days. I only saw this in the sidebar, and immediately TD'ed. This stuff is a waste of the space it takes up on the web server...
