Here is a review for the 280 which also has graphs for the performance of the 240 vs the 280. The graphs are near the end of the review:

For comparison, the 280 is currently $129.99 at amazon [amazon.com] and the 240 is $111.99 at amazon. [amazon.com]

The CM Silencio fans that come with this cooler and other CM AIO products are the only stock fans I haven't had to replace. Highly recommended.
