The Edge is an excellent headset. May consider getting one as backup, but not sure about refurbished...

Different item but same company...I've been using a refurbished Voyager Legend for the last 2 months alongside my 8 month old one...I can't tell the difference as they both work equally as well. I had the 8 month BT replaced as part of warranty with Plantronics.

I had this one for a while but I honestly did not care for it. The way it stays in your ear did not work particularly well for me. I ended up throwing it in the car for limited use.

I got a different Plantronics Headset and I am so much happier with it. Battery life was about 6 hours of talk time and it did a good job of alerting you when it would need to be recharged. No complaints about actual use, just the way it stayed in your ear and comfort. When I called people, they said it came through very clear and no issues with call quality or volume.

If the headset detects it is not fully in your ear, it will switch back to the phone's speaker. I think the fit issue may be individual, but when it worked, it was a great headset.

I got this without the battery case on ebay for $30 a few years ago (e.g., this price is a good deal), and have been using it exclusively. It works very well.

The earpiece has a small hook, as well as an earlobe flap for stability. If you pick the wrong size, it'll either be loose, or be uncomfortable after long periods. With the right size, it's hard to tell it's there.

The other headset I was considering was the Jabra Supreme, which has appeared on SD for ~$35. Advantage is that some models come with an over-the-head band that can be swapped in.

I also have this headset and it is awesome. The charging case is great to have your headset always topped off. The led lights are great to glance and see how much juice is in your case and headset. Sound quality is very clear and automatic pause when taking off headset works perfectly.
