NOTE: The $360 price applies Galaxy S7. If you want to avoid a credit check, you'll have to call T-Mobile.

The S7 Edge was $360 but now increased to $480.

deal dead

S7 - $576 (black in stock)
S7 Edge - $672 (blue coral instock)

Note for some users who can't upgrade online or are still on JOD - Call the 1800-Tmobile number to place your order. They will see the $360 price but they will also charge you $20 upgrade fee (which they cannot remove). Ask if they can give you free next day shipping. Total comes out to be roughly $360 + taxes + $20 fee. My rep offered to put a $20 credit onto my account which I accepted rather than get overnight shipping. I still had to pay $7 for the cheap shipping.

PSA: just spoke with unlock department:

1. If you activate the device as a prepaid phone: you must have applied at least $100 and wait for 15 days to get it unlocked. Hence, the phone arrives as being still locked to tmobile. So estimate the total will be $400 + $100 = $500. OR buy an unlock code for $17.99 that makes total to $430.

2. If you activate it as a post paid: you need to keep the service plan for TWO MONTHS and 45 days to get the unlock code. Or buy the unlock code.

Someone please update if these phones will work with Verizon. (no they will not since Verizon doesn't have the cdma esn registered. Technically possible since it's the same radio)

Correction: Samsung S7 Edge Battery is 3600mah not 3000mah

Those looking for a decent case / screen protector combo for the S7 Edge:

Just did this over the phone. The lady I spoke to was surprised to find it so cheap and said she'd be buying one for her brother in law at lunch. LOL. Anyway, it's legit and I didn't have to sign up for or change any plan, I just upgraded my current device on my current plan.

Get the S7 edge and you will not regret.

S7 has better screen and its size 5.5 is much better for one handed use. Lg V10 has 5.7 screen and its a big phone. Samsung has Amoled display and LG has IPS so colors are more vibrant on S7. I have tested both cameras and S7 produces much better low light shots then then LG. If you listen to music then the DAC on V20 will blow you away. I also like the second screen on V10 better then the edge on S7.

One more thing to consider is resale value. LG's reputation Is not very good due to its flagship phones getting stuck in Boot loop problems (LG G4, V10 and even G5) so their value comes down super quick where as Samsung retains its value so if you want a better resale value then go for Samsung.

Good Luck

FYI this is for post paid customers. You need to sign into your My Tmobile and you will get the option for device payment or one-time full charge of $360 (no $20 sim needed if you're an existing customer)
There is a charge of $6.99 for basic shipping (I'm in CA).
Total for me was $400.xx including tax and shipping.

how can you just buy the phone? it's adding a stupid plan
You can't. Price is only good with qualifying plans. Not a good deal if you have to have a minimum $70 per month One plan.

What if we cancel the plan as soon as the device is shipped?

Good deal. I just bought Moto G plus as a back up phone for $250 after the boot loop from nexus 6p. Fortunately, Huawei replaced my 32gb 6p with 128gb because they couldn't fix it.

edit. works with simple choice plan.

If you sign up for a plan, how long do you have to be on the plan (minimum)?

Is this deal better than the LG V20 for $500 unlocked? looks better to me.

Will they accept me if I'm on a monthly prepaid deal?
