I booked Memorial Day weekend and it was about ~20,200 points for two people.

Edit: it's a 50% bonus if you have the reserve and 25% if you have the preferred

You do it through the chase portal. Just go to chase.com, login and click through to your Ultimate Rewards and book from there. Awesome Deal - only 37,704 for RT tix for 4 people!
