I've had this monitor for a few years and really like it.Thinking of picking up 2 more... not sure what all the fuss about all the newer monitor tech is all about... need to do more research to see if it really makes a difference. Anyone have thoughts on the matter?

Probably already understood, but for those that were not aware the speakers that are built in suck but I doubt anyone would buy this to get the speakers.

+ 1 ,,, except if I buy two more, this will not go down well at home. Not sure why you need to spend $400 + on a 27" monitor, when this one is perfect . But then my needs are much more simple, guess Wink

Bought a pair of these a year or so ago for use when I work from home at times.

Best investment I've made. I've been tempted to bring them into my office to use because of the extra screen real estate.

I have 2 of these and they are great. Price keeps getting better.

If I ever upgrade to a giant 4K HDTV as my main monitor, I still think I will keep these to use on my work laptop. Overkill but I hate to depart with them.

If I have to nitpick, I wish the bezels were thinner. I would consider getting a 3rd one for surround use but the bezels are 1/2 inch each, would make 1 inch gap between monitors... seems like a lot.

My only real complaint about these isn't the shitty speakers, it's that there is no audio output jack. That means if you hook up a HDMI device (Xbox / PSx / Roku etc) you're going to have to get creative with your audio. When I use my PS4 on one of these I actually use the optical audio output into my PC for sound. Funky but it works.

How about 2880x1620. The 27" 3K monitor is still flash sale at newegg for $189. I'm thinking this might be better as 3K font in 27" would be too small to my aging eyes.

Pretty sweet price just bought an identical specced AOC from BB for $250? after tax and the recent VCO deal :[[ but at least I had a $100gc to use.
$190 is probably the lowest price for 27" 2k monitor i've seen all year.

I wish it was IPS, but then it probably won't be as cheap.

+1 for me as well. I have 16:10s at home and 16:9s at work, both same screen size. The 16:9 just feel a bit too stretched in my opinion, wheres the :10s feel like the 'right' ratio for aesthetics, at least for me.
