Not a slick deal?

this is the i7-7700, not the i7-6700, and the gtx 1060 had been available in a variety of machines, but the gtx 1070 is usually paired with an i5, so to pair it with an I7... I'm seriously considering it... And it is $300 over my budget...

Me, too.
Sell the 1070 and buy a 1080 then for $200 more, or find another build that's $200 or more higher, only way you're going to get a 1080. You aren't going to find one anywhere near this price, which is already lower than the cost of the components separately.

Thank for your sharing. I bought Acer G3 at Costco for $1,300 with better RAM and 4 years warranty but same GPU 1070. However, I'm stil looking for 1080 GPU for this price since I still have 50 days to return mine back to Costco.

Any idea on mother board? Would like to be able to upgrade to M.2 SSD when costs come down without swapping out boards.
