They don't offer the charger you get in this kit as a separate tool. I believe the part number of the charger included in this kit is p118 http://manuals.ryobitools.com/documents/2822

Biggest difference in this charger to me is it takes up to 1 HR instead of up to 30 MIN.

The real benefit of this charger, if you're not in a dreadful hurry, is that it charges the batteries more deeply and with less ill effects.

I have both the 30m and the 1hr charger, and I always favor the 1hr charger when I can, especially for my larger batteries.

I just bought one of these for my three 4ah and 3 smaller lithium one + batteries. does this have any negative effects leaving them on this forever?

I have it wall mounted in garage, all batteries on it. got it last week, assumed its meant to do this.

Not really a good deal:

Biggest problem is that battery, it's awful. The charger is really slow, too.
You're going to want a Lithium+ 4ah to get any kind of decent life out of the fan or vac, they suck power down really fast.

The vac is surprisingly great. I got mine refurb from the local Direct Tools Outlet store for $15 and it's paid for itself many times over.

The radio sucks and is known for draining the batteries when turned off.

The fan might be useful, but you're going to need a bigger battery for it and you can get a lot more fan for the money.

Just a note so that you can charge faster in the future -- the '30 minute' charger actually only charges at 3A, which is only a rate of .75C for the 4AH batteries. .75C is well within the comfort range for the high-current li-ion cells used in those packs, so they should be just fine if you slap 'em in the faster charger (although at .75C, it'll take more like an hour and 20 minutes to charge a 4AH battery from dead).

Many of the Craftsman power tools are made by Ryobi/TTI, so it likely is the same radio with different badging/color scheme.

I hear you on this. I originally invested in my first Ryobi kit when they had a blue and yellow color scheme. when they shifted to lithium the went neon green, which I thought made them look cheap. I will say they have performed great, so it got used to it.
I removed 7 horse stalls and a ton of wood from a barn with the sawzall and impact last weekend with no issue, both well used and over 5 years old.
I have the radio and it does work well, I don't leave a battery in it when not in use.
