Infinitely more reliable than CardCash, but that's not saying much I'm afraid.

Raise is an honest gift card reseller. CardCash is not.

I bought a $25 iTune for $12.50, I was skeptic as it was 50% off but to my surprise it did work but remember few GC are a resale by individuals so there are possibilities that it might not work. Raise promises guaranteed money back with in a year of purchase if you'd followed their T&C but I wouldn't bet on that. It's a gamble.

I've bought 15+ cards the past year or so and never had an issue. They have been spot on so far. Also go through e bates to get yourself another 1% back. I wouldn't load to DD account as it seems you may lose it. Similar to Starbucks?

I've bought DD cards from Raise for awhile now and load all of them to my DD account! I haven't had any issues with doing this in the past.
