I think it'd get more love if it said Dell Outlet in the title. Also, this is a 2-in-1 model not just a regular 13" Inspiron.

I have an version of this laptop with previous generation processor and like it. Although, the screen is not as bright as my XPS 15, so I'm waiting for XPS 13 2-in-1 models to hit the Outlet Smilie

I assume this has no option for HDMI? The wife needs something portable to connect to a TV at work where she shows presentations to patients. This would be much more ideal than her bulky 15" laptop she's currently dragging with her.

If it doesn't - USB 3.0 to HDMI converters aren't that expensive

Looks like it has hdmi out. Looking at reviews seems the complaint is build quality, battery life and screen quality (dim and bad color reproduction). Postives are performance and price.

Together with the 75 Ax Statement credit and including tax, this is $437 otd for me. Fairly certain this is a no brainer. Current gen i7 plus SSD is a killer combo. At this price, if you have the Ax offer and in the market for a laptop, unless you are gaming this is it. You need not look any further

Tons of complaints about screen ghosting and going bad, make sure to test thoroughly when you get it

From what I see the only difference between the $479 and the $449 is scratch and dent vs refurbished? It appears they both come with a 1 year mail in warranty. Am I missing something with specs or is this basically a $30 drop if you accept a scratch/dent item?

On checkout it also appears you can't use two promo gift cards + credit card. I was hoping to use two promo gc and amex but that's a no-go.

EDIT: Looks like you can use more than one gift card but only if you call in. You'd be missing cashback by doing so.

EDIT2: Apparently there aren't any portals on cash back for dell outlet? I see simply best coupons portal at 2% but not feeling too good about that working considering they're apparently the only one with cb.

I did 479 with SSD + 10% cashback = $432. For how cheap it is and what I am using it for I think its worth the money.

I would spend some time reading reviews for the laptop.

Lots of returns for non-working touch-screens, very noisy (may be because of a spinning drive, so these SSD ones may be ok), touchpad issues, battery life issues, screen seems to be very average at best.

I picked up the adorama Levono Flex 4 i5 last month and I've been blown away by it. Compared to that deal, this Dell deal looks average at best.
