I have this chair, paid $10 more for it. This is lowest price I've seen. For the price, you can't beat it. I've had mine for about 8-9 months and had no problems. It is easy to set up. There is no vibration in the back on this one, just the kneading from some rotating balls that dig in to the lower and mid back pretty well. My biggest complaint is it is a bit "short" when reclining and trying to extend the leg section. It fits well for about an avg 5'10" person (unless you have a longer or shorter torso). I am 6'1", fairly normal proportion of torso to legs, and my legs are bent just a bit when reclining. Otherwise, it is well worth the money especially when you compare it to the $3-4,000 chairs. It is not quite as good as those, but good enough. One other con to this, for some people - It is not comfortable to sit in when not using it as a massage chair. The rotating balls for the mid-lower back stick out enough that it makes it uncomfortable to sit in. May not be a big deal for some, but I have another massage chair from same mfr that is much more comfortable. Hope this helps.

Does anyone have this and have feedback on quality, reliability, and warranty (perhaps different through this eBay seller)?

For the price, I wouldn't expect great quality or longevity, but if I can get over a year of consistent use, I'd be content.

I have had this chair in my watchlist for almost a year and was gonna pull the trigger when newegg has it for $500...but the only thing that I don't like about this chair is that it has fixed massage points instead of the rolling massage points that go along your back. And another thing is that this chair only reclines to 145 degree compares to 160 to 170 some other chairs in the same or lower price range.

The pro is this chair has airbags all over if you like that kind of things. Also, it has a foot roller which is nice.

At $490...I am really tempted!

I got this on the last deal, so I've had it for about 2 weeks now. It only kneads......didn't think the title was literally all that the chair did, but it is what it is. That being said, I'm satisfied with it. I'm 6' tall and it will knead from my neck to my lower back. The higher priced "L" rail might be worth it. I was also wary of the negative comments and decided the price point was worth the risk.

I put an extra pillow for the lower back as the kneading was a little too strong for my tastes. Everything else is fine.

The quality is satisfactory overall. Nothing flimsy or anything to worry about breaking with normal use.

I have no regrets so far about what I paid for in getting this chair. It's nice to be able to get a massage on your back, arms, and legs whenever you want. The airbags for the arms and legs are cool too. The shoulder ones have me wondering about them but you can easily turn them off.

good price. I got one 2 years ago for $600 but wasn't amazed with it.

got mine a few days ago. though I am satisfied, I would have rather spent another 500 and got one that actually kneeds my calves, this is the whole reason I made the purchase.

I saw a comment for an average height person, does anyone with experience know how it fits for someone shorter, 5'4"?
