Lowest it's ever been on Amazon.

For those tracking other "mesh" home networking solutions that were announced at CES 2017. These are slated for also release this year that will compete with Orbi, Google Wifi, Eero, etc.:
  • D-link Covr
  • TP-Link Deco M5
  • Asus HiveSpot

All of a sudden, in the last 2 weeks, the high end routers have been on major sale everywhere. What's going on? I don't know of anything new coming out .....is there something I've missed? Some announcement at CES? A new home networking feature or tech?

$285 Iis an EXCELLENT price for an Orbi plus a satellite.

(ETA: the above is what I was talking about....I was writing my post while the post above was published).

I've tried buying from a 3rd party seller 3 times in the last week and all 3 times, they got cancelled due to "technical reason" so I don't think those are real or something...

In for one thanks, great deal. I saw those cheaper prices from third party sellers, seems suspiciously low, what if you end up getting a Norbi book or something...

Those sellers are bait and switch, i'd be careful of them if they ask you to email them first before purchasing

Ewww, a netgear router. I wouldn't trust that at all. Been there, done that.
