I was just reading up on it more on a different smartthings thread... Even with "successful" pairing, compatibility is verrry iffy and could easily lose connection. Plus, these are not Zigbee HA1.2 compliant, so no guarantee that even if they work with ST today that they continue to work tomorrow. Thanks anyway, OP.

There are several handlers. I just posted one.

Wink is not an open platform. They choose what they support.

Yes it does. As stated though, they usually have to support the product. Even with SmartThings they are not supported by default. They require a custom handler to set it up.

Just use Paypal and I have no problem at all. I would not give my credit card number to anyone that I don't trust anyway, particularly for an overseas seller. It seems the seller has the same comment about you. Wink

I received my order after 17 days. The sensors are very small in size. I got both window sensor and motion sensor paired to Smartthings without problem. It there is no issue found in a few weeks, I will order more sensors again.

Thanks, ordered some switches which should be here Monday since I opted for expedited shipping.
I placed my order on the 3/20 @ 11 PM, so 7 days for the extra $9 (Delivery costs: 4.19 + Insurance: 3.70) is worth it, mainly ordered for the Mi Band 2.

Prices are still the same today.

I ordered 4 of the window sensors and I was able to pair 1 of them but not successful with the other 3. I used the "a4refillpad : Xiaomi Door/Window Sensor" device handler. Did you use a differnet handler? How did you pair yours?

I need to check after I got home. There are a couple ones and I am using the newer one. To pair, I hold the clip in the hole for around 5 seconds until the light blink, then click it repeatedly until it pairs. It took around 5 to 20 clicks. I got all 5 sensors paired this way without problem.

OK, the first one on mine got paired after only a few tries. The other 3, I tried it like 10 times and didn't pair and so I stopped. Maybe ill just keep on trying then.

Thanks.

Make sure you bring the sensor close to the hub for initial pairly. Also, work on one at a time. After it is paired, it is better to wait until the battery level shows up in app before mounting as there is a chance of disconnection until then. Once it has battery level shows up, the connection is very stable.
