Buyer beware bought one the other day. Item came today and doesn't work. Emailed seller on eBay we will see what he does. Also zipper was broke on seat, and remote looks like it is junk.

Yep. So people see it. That's why. So many people are on the fence so they need to know how shitty the quality is and if the seller makes it right. I damn sure wish I knew before I ordered.

You're one item does not equate to the rest of us that got "shitty" items.

Plenty of companies sell the same chair and generally only the people that get a damaged one whine and complain.

Everyone is entitled I guess.

Your an idiot. So I'm entitled because I complained that I got a broken chair that's cost $500? And because the seller won't respond? And because the seller doesn't pay return shipping for their broken item? And because the item is of low quality and came with a broken zipper on the first day? Go on keyboard warrior. I said you were entitled because you message a selller and expect them to immediately respond to you. Ever bought anything online before? Customer Service usually takes a day or two to respond.

The fact that you are assuming at this point they won't refund is just cause for my point.

And you bought a $500 chair sight unseen and then complain about the quality. That's like buying a car and never sitting in it to see how it feels.

Quit acting like an entitled brat and act like a grown up. Give the company time to respond. Or do what you want. I could care less. lol.

For the record, I bought this exact chair when it was on sale for the same price back in October (?) of last year, and have used it nightly...and my teenage son uses it almost daily as well.

For $600, I could not have made a better decision. There are still 20 buttons on the remote that we don't know what they control, but just the basic settings are enough for a fantastic, relaxing, or invigorating massage.

My ONLY complaint, is that when you start the massage, the chair will recline (to one of three levels), and after the 10 - 20 - or - 30 minutes, it sits you back up, whether you want to or not...you can't just stay in the reclined position for a nap, or watching TV. (You CAN, however, keep adding time to the massage, as long as you do so BEFORE your session is over.)

If anyone's figured out how to override the "auto eject" feature, please let us all know.

The seller has virtually zero customer service. Voicemail boxes are full, don't respond to emails, don't respond to ebay or paypal.

Unfortunately for myself and other consumers, if the seller controls the market, we are stuck. I am not paying $3k for a massage chair. I will take a chance on the $750 one I have on the way. I am not worried about the charge. My C/C will back me up. Or Paypal. Or eBay. I have three routes I can take.

It comes with the 1yr warranty on parts. And if you've sat in one of the chairs at any mall, it's nearly identical. Only this and the other ones include the arm rest air bags. The Mall ones usually don't.
