at this price there are none. for $300 this is the best sounding bar you're going to get. most sound bars at this price sound terrible. this one doesn't. the now discontinued energy connoisseur {also made my klipsch} was also a good bar if you see any on ebay cheap

Racebum, I hope you're right. I decided to get the Yamaha YAS-106 ($199) and a 10" Dayton Sub ($133) to compare this Klipsch one to.

I was thinking about getting either ht ct790 or ht nt5 Sony sound bar for 4k passthrough to help with the limited HDR HDMI inputs on my TV. I know this doesn't have HDMI, but is the sound significantly better than either of those?

Damn. $200 is steep for the 106. If memory serves me right, the ATS-1060 is simply Costco's version of the YAS-106 and I was able to scoop two of them up for $140 each just prior to Xmas.

Either way, those Yamahas sound incredible for the price.

I miss my the Onkyo 6.1 surround sound setup my dad installed in his basement ~10 years ago. It's amazing how much more 'life' a good audio system can pump into video games/movies/music. Then there's people like my wife who don't even notice when the subwoofer gets accidentally unplugged, saying, "How did you know it was unplugged? It sounded the same to me. "

This sound bar is amazing! Got it a few months back and have enjoyed it everyday! The sub is powerful. I have it turned down less than half way and it still shakes the house. Keep in mind that this is the last model that has a 10" sub. Everything released this year has an 8" sub. I purchased brackets on Amazon to mount the sound bar above my 75" Samsung. You'll be extremely impressed with the sound to say the least.
