Audible typically offers a one month trial (rarely a 2 month trial) and if you've already used that trial, you typically won't get any more free months. But I stumbled upon possibly a glitch.
My 2 month trial was expiring and I went to "Switch Membership" page, where I saw this -
"Samsung Galaxy 3 month gold free trial" (see attached image).
I contacted the cc. The rep said only new users are eligible for this free trial and existing users won't get another free trial. I switched to this plan anyway. And.... I now have 3 more months of free Audible. I contacted another rep after making the switch and he confirmed that I now have free trial till 6/15.
: It is of course highly YMMV. So, even if you see the plan on your page, switch to it on your own risk. Don't blame me if you get charged on switching to it.
Steps to get the deal:
- Login into your audible account and go to https://www.audible.com/switch-membership
- Check whether you have "Samsung Galaxy 3 month gold free trial" as one of the alternate plans.
- If you do, click select and confirm switch on the next page. And voila.
- You can verify that you didn't get charged by going to Review membership charges [audible.com] page. (See the other attached image.)
