This link is exclusive to this promotion with Slickdeals. You will get a $25 reward with your next booking at Booking.com

updated info with clarifcation and expiration date:
Booking.com via Slickdeals is offering a $25 reward with any hotel booking for $50 or more made before April 15. This offer is valid on any of Booking.com's more than 1.1 million hotels, apartments and holiday rentals. The reward is paid after you check out from the property and credited to your credit card.

mod note: I verify this promotion by booking a dummy reservation and a couple of discrepancies are coming up. first it said "After your booking has been verified and confirmed, you'll receive your US$25 reward!". then when i verified and confirmed, it will say "Get US$25 back once your stay has been verified!" - in the end, you will not see this $25 reward until you check out so don't expect an instant $25 cash back or similiar. Rewards are kept in your booking.com acct until you are ready to use them for future reservations.

Share your finds! I found hostels and dormitories for $25 per night in san francisco's union square!

you'll be fine if you waited until you get home.

i'm surpirsed booking.com is blocked at all. i wonder why that is. it's not like a social media site where employees are wasting time on.

But he's right -- what are the promotion dates? I don't see anything in the terms.

Thanks. It makes is very difficult to book not knowing when it will end. "No time soon" might mean 2 months to you and 5 months to me. Unless I were booking a room in the next week or two, it'd be hard to use this promotion with any confidence without dates. Thanks!

I think I'd rather just get the 15-17% off back instantly (plus cashback) with coupons that other sites offer. $25 off of two bookings isn't that great of a deal since especially since you have to wait to use the $25 until after the first stay.

There are some properties, often smaller hotels/inns overseas, that only participate on booking.com. Their model allows for a smaller commission that other sites like Expedia, Hotels.com, etc. So you may find this offer to be worthwhile for such a property. Otherwise, it's a bit like a mail in rebate: you can't be 100% sure your going to get your money back, so it might be best to book a different way.

Orbitz, cheaptickets.com and others always have 15% off coupons good at most non-chain hotels (look at their "deals" page to get the current coupon code). That's 15% off instantly rather than getting $25 off later on a second booking. So unless you are making a ~$50 now, and know you'll be making a ~$50 booking after completing the first stay, it's likely cheaper to just get the instant % off a reservation. You can also get cash back which I don't think you can on ths deal.

Still check prices, rates aren't necessarily the same across booking sites. And some places are only bookable through booking.com.
