My local Lowe's had 5 in stock this morning. Just picked mine up in 05452.

Use the $50 off $250 to make this even sweeter.

Make snow removal easy with the Troy Bilt Storm 2410, a two-stage snow blower that is capable of handling snowfalls up to 12-in deep. With a quick push of a button, this snow blower comes to life and keeps you from having to fumble with pull-cords and extension cords to get snow out of the way. Six forward and 2 reverse speeds provide the versatility you need for all kinds of wintery weather. The direction of snow discharge can be adjusted with the remote chute control crank, and the serrated steel augers cut through snow for quick removal. Ditch the shovel this winter and opt for an easier snow clearing method: the Storm 2410 snow blower.

Pretty good machine, I picked one up for my father at the beginning of last season for about the same price.

What's the difference between the OP's model and this one?

The OP's is not available near me, but the one I linked has tons around my area. They are the same model number.

179cc vs 208cc. Your linked blower is slightly more powerful. Everything else seems to be equal.

Good deal. Bought last year for almost the regular price, but no regrets. Used it a couple days ago with the heavy snow and it worked like a charm. Only pissed off because I spent so much money and have had only 2 storms in 2 winters in Philly area.

I'm a bit of a Snowblower snob (Honda, Toro, or Ariens); but even I will admit this is a fantastic deal that is hard to beat. I wouldn't pay full price for a Troy Bilt with more reliable brands being similarly priced (or a marginal increase), but for half price or less as this is, it is hard to criticise even if it didn't last you ten years.

All I'd recommend is that you take very good care of that Chinese engine. Make sure to use a fuel stabiliser or even better buy ethanol free fuel gas see:

http://www.pure-gas.org/

I'd still add some fuel stabiliser even to ethanol free fuel as water and crud can get into it sometimes. But if you stick to ethanol free and change the oil per the manufacturer's schedule (typically every season) it should last a decent long while.

Great Great deal. Got mine Aug 2016, when it was on sale. Guy looked at me like i was nuts buying a snow blower on the hottest day of the summer (97 degrees in nyc that day). I paid 500 even after all taxes and their 3 year service plan, which i thought was great, this deal sh*ts on my deal. Used it during 2 nyc snow storms, one of which 2 days ago left us with over 12" of heavy wet snow/sleet mix. Worked like a charm. I highly recommend this little beast.
