Bose is known for best noise cancelation and high prices. Sound quality is arguable...

If you don't need active noise cancellation the 4.40 is 149.95 as well. https://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser...BN6S9K#Ask

Yeah, cancellations are usually instant, so long as you catch it before the warehouse processes the order

from the picture in the review it looks like a thick cloth zipper bag, not really a hard case.

also it's sunday night, maybe they haven't shipped it yet. it's worth the upgrade to have the Bluetooth. if you don't like Bluetooth, just use the wire.

I've heard reviewers say this is in the class of Sony MDR-1000x and Bose QC35. I believe the NC was similar for all of them with Bose taking the edge. For sound quality Bose was the worst. But these are half the price so hopefully they're a decent set of cans that live up to the reviews.

Does anybody know how these compare to the B&W P5 wireless. Besides the noise cancelling, which isn't that important to me, I am looking more for the bluetooth capabilities. I have the Bose Q25, and I can still hear my wife, so I want the best sounding bluetooth.

I'm worried that these won't have enough punchy bass to use them for working out

Just to add to what nightmare already mentioned, I've also read reviews that say these are comparable to the other active noise-cancelling headphones (Q35, Sony MDR-1000x) but for a much lower price. The other two are supposedly still "better" but obviously significantly more. It's hard not to bite at this price point if you're on a budget.

I had both and preferred the pxc 480 from sennheiser which is the wired version of the 550. Plus the pxc 480 sit over the ear while these are on ear.
