WOW Air have only two dates available for roundtrip, nonstop airfares of $250 flying between Miami (MIA) and Iceland (KEF). Dates before and after are between $890-$1200 so this might be worth looking into if you were considering a trip to Iceland this Spring!

Please note that WOW Air is a low-cost air carrier. Your fare only covers the air transfer and one small personal item (purse or small backpack). Please refer to their website for optional fees on baggage and seating.

Departs MIA: April 11, 27
Returns MIA: April 19, 21, 24, 26, 28; May 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 17, 19

Use dates above and book it on Expedia [expedia.com].

It is cold thats for sure. Most of the year they hover around 50. It was cold in February when I went at 33-39 degrees at all times, but half the US had colder temps anyway.

It was green everywhere though, the whole country was green except in the mountain sides that were covered in Snow.

I would call it a Green Wonderland but thats just IMO.

This is a good deal, I paid $300 RT for my Tix

Same price on Wow Airline's website if you prefer booking directly... which I usually do.

Be forwarned that with WOW air you have to also pay for your seat, carry on luggage and checked bag for there and on the return. Not always worth it in the end. Not to mention the seats are comfy.

Wow great price, really intriguing but my kid has already taken 10 days off from school to travel and this comes juuuuust outside her spring break by 3 days. Too bad it's not within her break 😰

Icelandair seems to run deals nearly as cheap without all the nickle/diming that WOW does...

We recently paid $342, RT, from Dulles to the UK, with a free stopover in Iceland, for example... and you got the normal carry on, plus personal item, plus 2 checked bags, free seat selection, and in-flight soft drinks all included.

Be aware however that stuff in Iceland is insanely expensive.

We call it Frozen Hawaii.

Just keep in mind that WOW Claim process is extremely slow. It took 10 weeks to get response from Claim department for the expenses due to cancelled flight. Another 8-10 weeks to get my money back. (I have never done claim process with other airlines though). It was unfortunate. Hopefully, WOW doesn't cancel their flights as often. 😞😒
