Does that price include a local power company rebate?

Do the bulbs have a wider width than common glass/incandescent? I've purchases some of these in the past, but they were wider and would not fit in the fixture I have (has glass covers).

FYI product page says these are 200 lumens. For comparison, 450 lumens = 40 watt incandescent = 6-9 watt led.

yikes, these are quite dim. you'd need a very large chandelier or not need a lot of light when using these!

The light color is a little whiter than that of a standard incandescent bulb, and much nicer than that from a compact fluorescent. They stay cool and come on instantly.

Almost bought it. Thanks for heads up about low lumen. Realize i need 40W equivalent bulb, not 25W.

I know what the you're referring to and it didn't have the rebate when I first bought the bulbs while many of the other bulbs did, I think it just may have been sale...I bought them when they were twenty and ten

Good price, but just be aware the bulb will be very dim (at what I believe is 200 Lumens). Also color wise a 2700K light that puts off 400 Lumens will look much whiter than this, as would a 700 Lumens bulb look even whiter.
