Why? It's a well known brand and link is directly to the manufacturer site.

As I said. If you are a knife geek you will get it. Japanese knives are incredibly expensive and have exquisite craftsmanship. Each piece is hand made.

This is not any known brand....

They dont sell $675 knives for $115. That tells me that this knife is not even worth the $115

Why dont you post some reviews of this so called high end knife from somewhere reputable.....and i dont mean the fake reviews on Amazon

Whatever dude....i say stay away. Other Sders are welcome to buy. Not me

Also are they borh well known brands - kamikoto and kamiko, as in your title?

Fakespot F.....

Ya I know there is a typo in the title. Can't edit on the app. Anyway. Listen. It's great to have a point of view but if you are ignorant about something it shows quickly. Hey don't want to buy that's fine. I have no skin in the game.

I have many high end japanese knives.....and this isnt one of them

if you are a knife geek, you would know what to look for in a good quality Japanese made knife.

This is not it.

The website and Amazon are chock full of fake reviews. The website seems purposely vague to trick the uneducated or ignorant into thinking they are getting some high quality high craftsmanship knife at a super steal. The site refers to the knives being made of "high grade steel sourced from Niigata Prefecture" but it makes no mention whatsoever of the specific composition, or type of steel alloy being used.

This is just deceptive marketing, not a smoking bargain.

It is clearly a scam saying "Niigata steel" marketing as if that is some recognizable super steel...

If it's not from Aogami, Daido, Hitachi then no thank you

"""Kamikoto is the original manufacturer of Japanese Niigata steel knives. Up until recently, Niigata steel knives have not been widely available to the general public, but for a few discerning chefs who have imported Niigata steel knives for use in their restaurants around the world."""

fark off

And here we DO have someone who know something about high end knives.....unlike the OP.

Do the decent thing OP- confess that you are a shill and know nothing about knives. hari-kiri optional....
