This needs to be FP, amazing deal. Was $99 on black friday with Amazon's headphone deals a couple years ago, this price is just a firesale price.

They have pretty good customer service. Sent my daughters headphones in a while back and received a new pair promptly. Yes I agree things shouldn't break, but at least when it does they replace it.

I have the i version. These are great headphones. First and foremost they sound great. The oval ear tips are really comfortable. My X11i are my go-to headphones. Only negative I have with all their IEM is that, because they are so small, it is hard to tell left from right without inspecting the letter on the earpiece each time.

They are not rugged for sure but for normal use they should be fine. I have mine for 2 years and they look new. Just treat them gently.

Mine broke within about the same time period. Had 2 Klipsch pairs do the same thing. Even though they sound great, I won't buy again.

I have the x10. Build quality and sound is decent. Is it worth getting this one too?
