They were saving the deal for themselves or some other BS reason. Target rules/FAQs online I'm 99.9% sure says they price match Amazon except black Friday (like the week before and after)

Got one at target via price match, but it was a PITA. 2 different employees told me they only match Amazon Prime deals. Manager acquiesced but only let me buy one.

Still at this is well over $3 per pack. If you can afford it (and don't need the sleeves/energy) I think buying the entire booster box is a better value.
