That is weird I haven't had any issues with mine and the battery life is definitely 10 hours at full volume if the outside temperature is above 50F

I love this speaker... I was going to ask... Did you have issues with the wireless play not lasting more than an hour... It boasts 10hrs or so but...mine would enter power save mode and limit volume...
