Anyway, my old Zoom modem seems to have tad bit faster downloads. I use to get around 92Mbps, with this the max I've gotten is 85Mbps.

all they need is your modem MAC address, sounds like your wire that you are attaching to the modem may not be DIRECTLY connected to the outside pole. comcast will fix it, just call them over.
