agreed, crazing on the outside is normal, and chips are just cosmetic. But any cracks on the inside would be bad.

You should not have any cracks on the inside. I would contact Costco for return if the manufacture would not replace the part.

I bought this last year. I absolutely love this pitt boss. I use this kamado much more than my gas grill. This one comes with heat deflector which is a plus.

This grill use charcoal like Weber charcoal. It hold temperature well for long cook 6-12hrs and use less charcoal. You can cook pizza at 500-800F as well. The Weber charcoal don't hold temperature...
