Doesn't matter - it's dead either way (connected to GPS mount or plugged in directly via USB). I did return one GPS mount that didn't work (intermittent power to camera).

Good point. I think you have 90 days with AMEX. I was on the fence about getting this since I figured I couldn't return if it didn't work well.

Not trolling but I own this cam and the yi dashcam. Yi for $50 blows it away in vid quality plus can do 60fps. I got the 118c because of trips to Hawaii where the yi did lose sharpness on hot days....
