Just got mine too. Weird that it comes in a brown box instead of a retail box. Hope its not a refurb.

Wait never mind. I just checked, the one I got was from Prime Day last year, the Professional 6000 model for $250. Still in box..

They do it on purpose to help the retailers not have to price match, it is just like mattresses. This model has a 575W all metal gear motor, glass bowl, nylon coated flex beater, nylon coated...

It's 575W according to someone who has one. It's the Pro 600 Deluxe. The description on TJMaxx's site is wrong.

Oh I see what you're saying. Yeah, I guess it depends on what they ship. However, what they have pictured and described in their specs is the 600 Pro Design.

Well I don't think the 600 Pro ever comes with a glass bowl (the design does). Also, TJ Maxx's site shows 550W on the spec page and that matches the 600 Pro Design specs from KitchenAid's website...

This one is the 600 Pro Design. As far as I can tell the Pro Design is less popular (less colors to choose from) and has a slightly less powerful motor. I think bowl shape is a bit different too.

I've owned one of the 6500's for about 2 years now (love it!). I believe it uses the same bowl. I got the optional flat beater with the rubber edge, and it does an awesome job of wiping the sides and...
