The minimum $20 and get $10 is a different alexa promotion. The deal here was order any alexa deals and under those deals the popcorn was a part of it, So it does and should have qualified, this deal...

Yes. So popcorn as some ordered for less than $20 will NOT qualify. Also, nowhere it states that you have a to be a new voice orderer.

So now the terms for the $10 off $20 promo explicitly includes the dash wand. They probably meant to include it all along. Hopefully that will help folks get their credits now.
