We think they are awesome for every age. Our 5 kids from ages 6 month old to 8 years old all enjoy them. Buying more. It's great to just bring one toy and it entertains everyone.

This set is $57 normally on amazon and eBay. Staples PM is good idea. Hopefully magnets are strong enough.
