I was planning on hooking up to two monitors so I didn't care too much about the screen but I think the rest of the specs seem good imo

Screen may be not perfect for such a task, but the rest of system will run it with no problems.
Screen is not perfect, but the rest...Dunno what r you doing with PS or did you ever open it...

No. Screen is too low resolution and CPU isn't powerful enough for anything other than minor edits.

it's HD, but not FHD (aka 1080P). It's not bad at all though, though I do need 1080P for remote desktop to work
