You guys needs OIS on 35mm f2? I don't have 35mm f2 as I have 35mm f1.4 and using with XT1. Picture quality compared to any iPhone is much better IMHO. Video I care less.

I do agree, but the lens you're getting lacks OIS, as does the body.
So realistically, you're looking at ~$400 for the body and another $300+ for a lens, even more if you want OIS.
I just feel...

The X-T20 is yes a better camera but for handling and ease of use the X-T1 would actually be preferred for my use. I have a horrible time seeing anything up close so the LCD viewfinder is very hard...

Don’t use the X T1 for video. I also find that it hunts for auto focus when indoors and there is zero stabilization. You can get a wider lens or one with OIS but your phone will usually be better.
