Hmmm, your Costco membership is worse less now then. As of August 1st, Costco also has stopped installment plans (EIP) for T-Mobile so only option now is T-Mobile themselves.

The Sam's Club ad states "free activation." I wonder if we'll still get charged an upgrade fee from our carrier if that applies? I believe AT&T charges $35.
