I had zero issues using RideAustin and Fasten I recall they were both better for everyone, from a financial perspective. The driver and the community Uber (the company) is a bunch of scumbags.

It's also available in Miami for $10 to get $5.99 UberX and $2.99 pool for 28 days. Limited areas though. I've done it for two months and about to start the third month.
