I don't have a Home Depot credit card nor did I open an account. It was a simple mark down in our store. Maybe it's just regional. Sorry it didn't work in your area!

The customer service rep in San Antonio said the $50 was for a new credit card account. I already have the Home Depot card but I was able to use a 10% off coupon which took off $30 instead of $50.

Great deal! Also, they have the 20v drill/impact set for 199.00 and you can get just about any 20v bare tool for free.
