The amount of visible real estate on the screen is night and day. Highly recommend 27 inch 1440 screens. I personally think that is the ideal screen right now bang for buck.

I got this monitor yesterday and hooked it to my dual setup which has a R7-360 amd card. I put it on HDMI and the text looks ugly at 2560x1440. The text is fuzzy and not dark enough to see clearly....

yeah, big difference. I can fit a lot more on the 1440p. Makes coding easier can I have more displayed in one screen. the 27" 1080p is nice as a secondary monitor.
