Don't know where you are buying this compressor but Lowes has it for $279 on sale. I cannot find it anywhere else on the internet. Would love to find it for the $229 listed here.

I got my 20 gallon Craftsman 2 years ago for $150 and it has done ok. I can imagine the noise...

I show $229. I had a similar Craftsman compressor and couldn't stand the noise. I went to a belt drive Speedaire.
