I got these many years ago. They are good for sound and NC is not as good as good brand. Few things I don't like on these is the ear cups failed about a year later and you can't replace them as they...

The sound quality and noise cancellation are superb (I use them in open office environment). But earpads begin to disintegrate after about 19 months of daily use and there is no replacement. My...

I've read that some noise cancelling works better than others. Different generations of tech, etc. Audio Technica, Bose, Sony, etc. Does anyone have experience or is there data posted that compares...

I've been thinking it's about time a new community deal site is formed with the promise that all deals will be 100% member vetted.

I forget the brand name, but there are "ear plug phones" (if that's the correct term) I came across on Amazon a while back that may suit your needs. They are marketed as not only ear plugs, but also...

Have 2 pairs, I like the peace of mind in case I lose one or one ends up breaking. I specially use these in not so good neighborhoods or cheap public transportation. So far they have oulasted my...

Honestly, a big part of how well they work is the pitch of your coworkers' voices and the type of music you listen to. I listen to a variety of music with these headphones at work, and the only time...

I have these Monoprice headphones (don't have the Bose) and agree with the above commenters. For $50, these are a great value. I look for value, and I believe these deliver a good value for the...

Since I have a very big nose, I suppose I am the biggest standard

I bought these for twice the price a couple of years ago. I am still on the same batteries. The noise-cancelling is excellent in consideration of the price. It was more than satisfactory on the plane...

Conveniently shooting up the "Popular" listing with a SD-specific promo code... These things are garbage, Monoprice is just trying to unload them.

Nose is the standard for Noise canceling. Not sound quality.

Not saying Bose is the standard. Only stating that I have the Monoprice and my friend has the Bose and just sharing my real world experience with the community.

Since when Bose becomes the standard to evaluate the headphones? I thought Bose is always overpriced with mediocre sound quality in HiFi arena.

Thanks OP! Got another set. I've been using these for two years. I fly twice a week and they are great. No lie - not as good as Bose's QuiteComfort 25s which my colleague paid about $300 for,...

I bought a pair for my son and wife at twice this cost. The Bose are more comfortable but come on. These are $50. They are a solid value at that price.
