About 110 watts continuously into 8 ohms with less than 1% noise in 2 channel mode. ~65 watts continuously into 8 ohms with less than 1% noise (all 7 channels driven).

Just connect your 8ohm speakers. I use 8ohm speakers with this receiver and no problem at all. It will only cause problems if you are connecting a lower ohm speakers because it may drive too much...

Just remember, even though you buy it via Amazon, you will deal with the vendor should there be issues. Amazon will do nothing for you in these cases.
