Also I would like to add that the RX 580 performs a little better than the 1060 on dx12 so it's a little more future proof if you don't plan on upgrading anytime soon after this.

No. It's not...It's certainly VR capable, but you won't see smooth gameplay. To be VR ready, you need to have at least a 1080.

I would go for the predator. The i7 and 1070 is worth the extra cash. The case on the Dell does look better IMHO.
