There RMA process is painfully inefficient. I’m waiting for a call back from the Safety Hazard team and is almost been a week. Bad service. Plus they want you to pay to send in a new product!

Also this board has the intel gigabyte NIC and the realtek 1200 series (i think, i'm too tired to look it up) audio chipset, most (all?) other B350 chipset boards have realtek NIC & 900 series audio.

I'm not a fan of asrock (been burnt by them before) so I went with this. I'm happy with it. Bought it 2~ months ago, running solid. Still waiting on my rebate though, so don't expect it any time...
