Wait, is this bag reusable? Or does it need to be replaced every month like carbon media?

If you already have media bags that are fine enough for the media. Otherwise not much better at all.

Don’t ever use it in the tank that contains purigen, period. API has a dechlor version without the aloe vera and enzymes, that is the recommended approach. Or use Seachem prime.

I've heard mixed things regarding this, in that they mean don't use it when reactivating the purigen.. not so much using it as a de-chlorinator in the tank. Anyone know for sure?

This stuff works! It does make water look clean and clear. Great substitute for activated carbon and you can reuse it.

Yes/No
The one listed on this deal comes in a sealed micron bag. The one you listed you have to provide the bag. Cheap bags break and this stuff is horrid to clean up.
