Thumbs down might be because 20% isn't all that unusual, and most of us are looking for deals better than that to get us interested. I didn't TD this, I'm more neutral on it.

Why TD.. seems like some good items there. Speed Champions are a TRU exclusive; also available at Lego stores; nowhere else.
Other fun sets like Cargo Terminal 60169 seem to be at retail $80...
