Thanks, it seems as if there are top vents, but no place to screw on fans. I did read some of the reviews, but they do not seem to specifically mention it.

No. I read the reviews on newegg. I suggest you read the reviews there and their Q/A tab also. It wont hurt to visit amazon for the reviews either. But my understanding from the reviews is no.
