Hi Woman12, Better to look for more established brands who are spending more money on making the software work better. Look at the reviews on Amazon, and look for products which have 4+ stars...

Bought one of these off Amazon a few weeks back... The software is pretty bad. It either had issues connecting to the camera at all, even with the cam on ethernet, or it would lag horribly, not...

In the market for one, but 3 and 4 star reviews say tough to set up or wireless fails. It's Amazon so I guess I can just return it if it doesn't work, even though it doesn't say free returns...right?
