Mine was shipped in a sleeve too but it made it just fine. No USB but doesn't ever come with one. All good and for $100 I'm psyched with it. Lots of options for 100 bucks

The newer line 6 line the helix is 10 fold better than this, but it is also 10x the price! Though if you can find a cheap hd500x second hand that would be much better! But 💯 is hard to beat here

I've owned both a line 6 and the digitech. At this price point the digitech is a good deal, but if you already own an line 6 pedal board, you're better off sticking to what you have.

I'd recommend just getting a cheap $25 loop pedal for what you are talking about. This needs a bios update to do loop and is a pain to work with. i record to my tablet for loops personally
