The ones on Amazon are Vitamax certified refurbished, Vitamax did the refurbishing. They also still come with the 5 year warranty when purchased through Amazon. I bought this 2 days ago via Amazon...

Yes, through vitamix you get a 5 year warranty, through amazon you get 90 days. Also we do not know who refurbished the amazon blenders. Through vitamix, I'm assuming they did it.
