I would be upset if they added in difficulty options as well. I think that build choice can really change the difficulty of the game as well though. There are a lot of people that want to play...

Exactly. As someone who plat'd every souls game in the series, I would be LIVID if they made an eazy mode. It just destroys the purpose of the game.

I'm experiencing the same problem with Destiny right now. Even with the level up pack, the weapons aren't very powerful to hurt bosses. I've beaten hard games before like Doom and other with a boss...

You make good points but the souls games are a niche. If they added in an easy mode it would upset the core player base that are used to playing the game just as is with no difficulty setting...

The souls games in particular were designed to be extremely difficult and require lot's of strategy, fast reflexes, and a build up of the players actual skill to beat. I can understand how they can...

I know this isn't really the place to talk about this, but games like these need difficulty settings to appeal to more people. I have to admit, I bought Bloodborne and eventually just gave up on it....

No, it's much better... Basically feels like From developed it, in terms of pace, level design (closer to DS2 than 1 though), combat loop, etc.... BUT......
It suffers from a lack of enemy...

Described as Dark Souls with robots it's finally down to a price I'll bite at and add it to my back catalog. Price seems to be fluctuating by a few cents for the last few days I've been watching it....
