those are two diff website http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/ vs https://www.cpubenchmark.net/ CPU Mark is a different benchmark the .com website is much more accurate if you want to compare...

I doubt the benchmark is accurate considering they benched i5-8250u faster than i7-8650u.

Yoga 710 isn't exactly high end. gen 7 i5i/i7, 2 Cores, 4 Threads vs Newer i5, 4 Cores, 8 Threads The performance are more than minor. The hugest gains from intel in years....

You mean the bargain bin budget crap? You'll notice the quality difference way more than you'll notice the minor performance increase of 8th gen.

Definitely a good point, some won't be bothered, others will go crazy. I mostly use the left shift key but I need the right shift key in the usual place.

If you care about proper shift key location, avoid this model. It's fixed in the yoga 720 model though
